TL;DR

daily.dev Recruiter isn’t self-serve yet. To get started, you’ll open an account by talking to our team. Once we activate your workspace, you’ll post roles in Slack or Microsoft Teams, and we’ll deliver warm, double opt-in intros to developers who already engage daily on daily.dev.

The process step by step

  1. Talk to our team

Request access and open an account - we’re rolling this out to early partners.

  2. Workspace setup

We connect daily.dev Recruiter to your Slack or Microsoft Teams.

  3. Submit your job

Post your role in Slack or Teams - include title, scope, stack, comp, and context.

  4. Approve the role brief

We turn your description into a developer-friendly brief and send it back for approval.

  5. Define qualification questions

Add up to three custom questions to screen for must-haves.

  6. Smart Matching

We surface your role inside daily.dev to developers who fit by skills, current interests, and career goals.

  7. Developer opt-in

Developers review the role, answer your questions, and explicitly opt in.

  8. Double opt-in intro

When both sides agree, we introduce you via email with a candidate brief that replaces the first screen.

What this means for recruiters

  • Early access with support: You’ll work directly with our team to set up and launch.

  • Less noise: Every candidate you meet is pre-qualified against your criteria.

  • Faster cycles: You skip wasted screens and move straight to real conversations.

Important:

daily.dev Recruiter is currently available through early access only. You’ll need to talk to our team to open an account - there’s no self-serve signup yet.
