How it works

  1. We draft the questions

    With each role brief, our team suggests up to three role-specific screening questions.

  2. You review and edit

    During the brief approval step in Slack or Teams, you can approve our suggestions or customize them.

  3. We attach them to the role

    Developers must answer all questions before opting in.

  4. You see responses in the candidate brief

    Answers are delivered alongside other match details in Slack or Teams.

Screening questions are part of the brief approval process. Your role will not go live until you confirm both the brief and the questions.
