What does onboarding look like?

Onboarding is guided by our team. We set up your account, connect Slack or Teams, and launch your first role.

TL;DR

daily.dev Recruiter is not self-serve yet. To join, you’ll talk to our team, who will open your account at no cost, connect your Slack or Teams workspace, and guide you through your first role submission.

Onboarding steps

  1. Talk to our team

Request early access. We will confirm eligibility and create your account.

  2. Workspace setup

We connect daily.dev Recruiter to your Slack or Microsoft Teams. A dedicated channel is created for your hiring activity.

  3. Role submission

You post your first role in the channel with details like title, scope, stack, comp, and location.

  4. Role brief approval

We create a developer-friendly brief and recommend up to three screening questions. You approve or customize them.

  5. Launch

Once approved, the role is surfaced to matched developers. Candidate briefs will start appearing in your channel.

Why onboarding is guided

  • Smooth setup: No need for technical skills; our team handles everything.

  • Faster results: Your first role can go live the same week.

  • Free of charge: Onboarding is included. There are no setup fees or hidden costs.

Important:

Recruiters cannot open accounts on their own. Access is invite-only and managed by our team during the early access phase.
